      Basically everything that happened there was non-realistic. Wrong job description led to that

      Pros

      1. Some think it's a stable company. 2. Cafeteria with some snacks & food. 3. Low budget "Happy hour" twice a month.

      Cons

      1. Extreamly hard to move up the ladder. 2. Most code base is very old, with no intension to move to newer technologies. 3. Low salaries with no options for a raise (even for great workers). 4. Ignoring employees' needs\requests. 5. Inefficient way of work. 6. No bonuses or any benefits. 7. Poorly maintained offices. 8. Toxic environment.

      Flexible working hours are nice.

      Cons

      The most unprofessional company I've ever work for. The working environment is terrible. I will not recommend someone to work there. Ask any current or former employees and he'll say the same.
