      MSensis - Overall

      Pros

      Small company, with a tight development team working on multiple different projects ranging from mobile applications development to working with mobile networks operators.

      Cons

      Disorganized. Poor project management by usually non technical people that would promise the moon and stars to the customer. No dedicated operations and support teams. Development team was asked to do pretty much all activities - assist in bid management, write and make pre-sales presentations etc.

      Pros

      You learn a lot if you are entry level, as you are thrown to do job that doesn't fit your job title.

      Cons

      Lack of organisation, you barely ever have something written to now what to do. Environment can become toxic quite easily from management. Bad building conditions. EXTREMELY low salary!! Hybrid but no flexibility with remote days. Most of the project die before production. Ancient infrastructure (e.g. 480p VGA Screens). Unclear roles, with upper layers know, almost, nothing about programming.
