Pros
Good compensation and excellent experince working in a small start up Company allot of opportunities were given for working with software and hardware.
Cons
occasionally long hours is expected which is normal for small startups. one major flaw would be the company's lack of initiative to get more new hires on board to better distribute work load as one person may be taking on more then one role and task.
