Incredible executive team. They provide concise instructions and expectations for their team. Everyone knows what the expected KPIs are. And when you need help or encounter a problem, they are responsible to get you on track. Transparent communication from the executive team. A very positive (and productive) place to work. I love that we are doing so much good work in terms of educating consumers about physicians who assist with certified medical cannabis (licensing cardholders). And that the focus is on legitimate practitioners and dispensaries with integrity.
Cons
Sometimes the meetings go a little long. But the brainstorming sessions are fun and effective. When we latch on to a good idea, it's worth spending extra time on it. No complaints.
