      A good place to learn what you should be avoiding in the Future

      Pros

      You can learn new things, learn new and old technologies.

      Cons

      - No onboarding process. -Incapable "managers" and rude at times. - Office Politics, bad communication within the company, "star employees" look down on the rest of the people who are actually doing the hard work, gaslighting from top to the bottom and vice versa - Burnout 1000% -They do not practice what they preach. There is a lot of inspirational talks but their actions are anything but inspirational. In fact, they are borderline toxic.

      Pros

      practicing English,Team Spirit, found new things that are useful for my future work, test myself and my limits,acquire new experiences,take over responsibilities,I become more organizational,change of mindset,sharpening critical thoughts, I had help from my colleagues whenever I needed it, nice workplace, my supervisorand my colleagues has always been available for me.

      I was quite satisfied with my whole experience. there were no negatives.

      A deteriorating workplace because of bad management

      Pros

      - They pay in time. - Some employees can be good friends outside the office. - Opportunities to broaden your horizons and improve your skillset during day-to-day routine.

      Cons

      - Deteriorating work environment because of bad management. - Veteran employees resign each month. - The salaries they pay are not competitive at all compared to the rest of the market. - The HR seems to be useless / non-existent. - They lie regarding bonuses and salary increases. - Some supervisors seem to be clueless on their fields and as a result they tend to pressure and count on their subordinates beyond reason, sometimes even for managerial subjects. - Heads and middle management tend to manipulate and coerce the members of their department. - Work burnout is not a rare phenomenon among employees. - Usually, the words of heads and middle management do not comply with their actions.
