Great people / talented staff, Caring attitude to clients and contractors, Genuine desire to make a difference to the NHS for the better, Ethical , Reasonably priced
Cons
Very erratic (often knee jerk) decision making, No real forward planning, Tendency to over promise, Reluctance to take recruitment opportunities outside the NHS, Reliance on existing client base, No regular pay reviews for staff, Poor commission scheme, No opportunity for career progression, No HR function

Pros
Excellent Team to work with, very much a family run business No KPIs to meet, you are given full autonomy and responsibility for your own work Flexible for those with families Great if you want a job in recruitment with a good income (not amazing), not full of the classic wolf of wall streets you come across in recruitment, and have a work-life balance You can easily get an open book of where your commission comes from, no hidden doors

No training No opportunities for progression There is not much structure and guidelines changed randomly during my time there but nothing major
