The environment can be difficult due to frequent priority shifts and unclear expectations. Support from management can be inconsistent, making it challenging for developers—especially those new to the domain—to fully understand what is expected in terms of workflow and decision-making. A high level of autonomy is required, but guidance on interpreting the business logic or approaching tasks is not always available. This can create misunderstandings and added pressure. Questions were treated as a weakness rather than normal engineering practice.
