      The not-so little startup that couldn't

      Pros

      Great technology, and mostly very smart, motivated and hardworking colleagues. A shame there is no sense of direction...

      Cons

      A lot of turnover, either by experienced people leaving out of discontent, either by layoffs. Most of the people who put down the foundations for the technologies and market insights are gone now. Internal politics start to become a thing. No innovation anymore. Sr mgmt. of incredible incompetence, and in some cases even malice. Classical tech looking for a market type of operation iso the other way round.

      Completely disfunctional company management.

      Pros

      The direct software team that I worked with were probably the best, most driven people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Unfortunately, they have almost all left now.

      Cons

      Some of the most important senior and management positions are filled with wholly incompetent people. After a CEO change in 2021 there has been nothing to hold back this incompetence, either letting go of top talent, or causing that talent to leave.

      Great colleagues, innnovative products, a semi-functional start-up.

      Cons

      Great products in development got killed after a management change in 2021 and that changed everything midiagnostics was. An atmosphere of generalized depression prevails currently, which is quite sad because it was a great place to work for. People became numbers and without people there is no company.
