I was pregnant and my boss fired me before i gave birth though everything was fine and i was working properly, only because he didn't want me to give maternal leave as in his eyes it is 'useless'. It is devastating and unbelievable that such ceo was leading this company in bangladesh while in Japan side the ceo itself is a lady. Also the ceo was having affair with a colleague in office which created an uneasy situation in the office environment. Women are not safe working in this company.
