Pros
Decent raises and bonuses, somewhat laid back environment. 4 day work week with mostly optional overtime. Decent vacation time and sick time. Small corporation as an employee you directly impact the company.
Cons
Management somewhat terrible and always watching you. Employees who are reliable and hard working should be compensated higher as it takes 5 months of training to be somewhat rounded at the job.
