      Some decent people there but all unhappy with the production management style

      Cons

      Big bully culture, I was bullied and then they got rid of me as i complained, She was not even disciplined! golden girl Good managers come and go as they dont fit in with the old MTL way of working,

      Invests in latest technology and has a global perspective. No barriers to moving up through the organisation based on merit and performance.

      Cons

      Great reluctance and resistance form some influential senior manager to make changes form what has always been the way of doing things. This has a demoralising effect on lower levels of management which is a real turn off.

      Pros

      Started in January, I heard different story’s and was warned off about going to MTL, but I can honestly say it was the best decision I made. The role I have taken is a step up for me and has already helped me get more confidence in doing my job with the support I have from the team. There is a great atmosphere within the whole site, everyone is friendly and helpful.

      Not had any in my short time there
