Pros
1. A good place to start your career. 2. Good teammates and very good HOD. 3. One of the best commercial laboratory in Malaysia. 4. Good and traceable system used.
Cons
1. Quite low pay for a fresh graduate 2. Not really much training 3. Not much you can explore outside from your task 4. Sample and workload varies with project/season and understaffed. 5. No OT 6. Have to pay parking 7. Not much appreciation for being efficient
