Pros

They have great pay and benefits

Cons

Their company culture consists of drinking at company parties and working non-stop at all other times. The software is very buggy and difficult to understand. It was not coded in an understandable way at all. Management does not provide clear instructions and expects employees to "figure it out" without much help and without any resources (ie. Documentation is non existent or inaccurate, Source code, if you do have access, is unreadable. ).
