After three years n1Health still does not have a solid direction. They are no longer a start-up and that excuse is getting very tired when used to explain poor/no execution of promised services. The business plan changes so quickly the employees are never sure where the company is going. The basic infrastructure necessary to run a business still eludes the management. Putting aside the new website, there is absolutely no business plans, no materials that are of professional quality (financial reports, marketing materials etc). no retention plan for patients or employees. The turnover at all staff levels, but mostly the management, is incredible - my estimation nearly 80 - 85% in less than 2 years.
