      mgmt heading in wrong direction

      Pros

      flexible work schedule good culture/ morale amongst employees interesting work nice office space

      Cons

      mgmt making some sloppy moves recently that is hurting morale. don't seem to care much though. starting to feel like its corporate america where you are just a number. but none of the corporate america benefits like good insurance, 401k match, and good salary.

      Pros

      CEO is great and executive management team is really good. They care about employees and know how to work hard and play hard. Unlimited PTO is a plus.

      Cons

      Hard to climb to higher positions. Salary isn’t really good. No bonuses. But that’s what you get with a startup type environment.

      Competitive benefits, opportunity for remote work, flexible schedules, and great office environment. Ability to contribute to company growth/goals starting day one, and every role here is highly visible (meaning tons of opportunity for career advancement)!

      Typical process that may normally be lacking at a startup is continuously being created & iterated on. Some may see this as an opportunity though!
