      Very toxic work environment that is not collaborative. The CEO has his own inner circle and no one else matters if you are not in it. He is extremely moody and he hires all his friends. Senior management is not respectful and will yell and demean employees. The inner cliques are extremely detrimental to creating an inclusive environment. All negotiations for pay and title must be done before hand because they do not promote nor increase salaries. It is not transparent atmosphere and you can't trust anyone...no one every knows what is going on except those in the inner circle who reap all perks/benefits and the client comes last to the ego of senior management. There are no training and development opportunities. The company is extremely cheap when it comes to opportunities for employees.

      Weak leadership, weak management

      1. No cohesive strategy 2. No structured and comprehensive guidance from management. 3. Not a place to build a long term career 4. Jobs are vaguely defined, highly overlapping. 5. Culture of diplomacy and favoritism

      Worst company in my life

      high salary only good office location

      Cons

      no culture - they require to work whole week without weekends poor management (from top level to low level) - always changing goals and requirements they don't worry about employees: they fired 300+ people in few weeks without compensation they lie to people and requires to sign strange and illegal documents. I was fired few weeks ago and still not paid
