Good place to learn & work but lots of growing pains

Pros
Senior leaders are smart, knowledgeable of the not for profit sector & provide lots of professional development opportunities. Get to work with inspiring charity clients and colleagues are cool.
Cons
Processes are clunky and ntegrity is experiencing some growing pains. Unpaid overtime is expected by management and salarys aren't as competitive as similar agency's. Culture is 'like a family'.

People and purpose create a great culture. Great clients. Strong leaders. People are smart. Majority of clients make the world better.
Cons
Fast pace and can definitely be paid more in other agencies- but they don’t generally work with NFPs and tight budgets.
