Free food and nice office

Cons

No training, support and clear direction of the company. Just stay away. the owners don't care about you, they want you to be on your own, do your job and not make any mistakes or need any help. They turn over bookkeepers way too quickly, for such a small company over half the people left.

Cons

everything. There is such a lack of support, communication or career growth. The manager is too busy doing a million other things than be able to train and you need to rely on your team... but your team is too busy to help. There are no standards, no expectations and most of all, no help. The reason why I stayed as long as I did is because of the people. Also, annual reviews or reviews (appreciation) are non existent. Good luck getting any feedback.
