- Decent Pay - Remote Work - Some good Coworkers
Cons
- Waterfall method, ideas must come top down with no one taking responsibility. - CEO very obviously thinks less of others- many across teams have felt his condescending comments - Time Zones and Languages are a struggle - No collaboration. "Do as you're told" attitude
