Pros
OnTop had an excellent team of engineers prior to the fall of 2016 when what was perceived as an owner hostile takeover.
Cons
The company will lay people off for no reason. The company does not value their technical resources. The company thinks variable costs are the wave of the future by outsourcing technical resources. The company thinks that good technical resources are extremely easy to find. The company lacks internal communication.

Pros
Was a good place with highly skilled people. Had a great work/life balance. Management understood the employees and there was a good relationship between them.
Cons
Recently started to go downhill during some huge changes including upper management changes. Existing owner rarely communicates goals and values and when he does he never follows through with it. Trust has been lost at all levels.
