Pros

Osapiens offers a strong learning environment with broad access to information and internal resources. The company has improved onboarding and training over time, making knowledge more structured and accessible. Information is generally open, which supports self-development and continuous learning. One managing director (CEO) shows a genuinely human, warm and professional side and truly cares about people and ESG. Flexible working arrangements, including occasional remote work, are possible when you perform well and build trust.

Cons

ESG is heavily used as a marketing and sales topic but is not truly lived inside the organization – it feels more like a business model than real values. Many managers are promoted for technical or individual performance rather than leadership skills, leading to a strict tone, weak team support and poor motivation. There is a strong “inner circle” culture: favorites are overly praised, while others face a distant and cold environment. Burnout is rampant; managers downplay it (e.g., suggesting to “work through it on vacation”), and a 24/7 work culture is normalized, with expectations of late-night/weekend responses – which is unhealthy and unsustainable.
