      Good exposure to the beginners in Civil Engineering field. Decent salary

      Cons

      Micromanagement: A group of senior employees interferes in various departments and has control over all activities. So-called employee engagement activities are conducted with 50% of the funds being mandatorily collected from employees. There is no proper redressal system.
