I'm working in this company from more than a year, there are so many positive points which encouraged me to continue working in this organisation: 1. Good Work Life Balance 2. No Politics 3. Good Place to Gain knowledge 4. Friendly Environment - people are really helpful, good team spirit, They encourage you to take up new opportunities, 5. Management always motivates you 6. As company is growing, they are open for the feedback

I don't see any Cons, Management takes your feedback very seriously and work on them to overcome that.
