Cons
No proper training Collègues are with two sides. They seem to be friendly but in fact they talk you behind your back. The romanian branch is more restrictive and with collègues that majority smoke, are unfriendly and unrespectful. The austrian branch seemed to be more open, with more likeable collègues.
