- Non-existent leadership. Executives barely interact with the company unless there's an issue in your projects which create a culture of fear.
- No clear direction and objectives. Either objectives aren't clear or keep changing from one extreme to the next
- Teams work in silos. First time I've seen product, marketing, engineering teams not interacting or collaborating with each other. There are no company-wide objectives and plans so teams just do planning and goal setting by themselves
