- Vertrauensarbeitszeit - Homeoffice - Mac - Cisco as the parent company
Cons
- Cisco is seen as the bad guy: no body likes Cisco products, and everybody is constantly complaining about Cisco: Cisco is considering being the one that holds Placetel back, which is crazy. - Sales is not really interested in the production and does not know the product well enough to sell it; the Sales is money focused and is only interested in their bounces and not in selling the product which is crazy as well and does not make any sense - like everything Placetel does - bad management decisions - Everything is uncertain: you work on something and it can be that suddenly the management throws everything over or changes everything at very short notice. - everybody complains about the management, but nobody is brave enough to confront and seek the conversation to change something
