Splurge on offsites out of the country.

Cons

Leadership is fake and no one knows what they're doing. They make rash decisions and lie all of the time. Competitors are way ahead RE: product development. Don't see them lasting a while. Expectations: pay ratio is trash.

I’m laughing reading these reviews- it’s obvious management directed some higher-ups to add reviews to dilute the honest 1-star review below. Management has no respect for their employees. Multiple times during my tenure, they did a small RIF despite being financially secure. They are almost constantly laying off and firing, and it impacts morale. Goals are poorly defined. Across all teams (and especially on the Eng team), we’d work for weeks or months on a project only for it to be scrapped or torn apart by the same people that requested it. No 401k matching. Very big egos at the top.
