      nothing to add here, a lot of micromanagement, ungrateful management

      There are no opportunities for devs or devops here, they use their own product with low code quality, and they are not going to improve it.

      The product is everything, everything around it is secondary. This means short term tasks are often prioritized over long term tasks or tasks which does not contribute directly to the product.
