Pros

steady pay check and some of the people I work with are good honest hard working people.

Cons

Low pay and hypocritical managers. Go work somewhere else like MAU where you receive better pay and have the chance to be hired on by BMW.

Supervisors are fair and treat the employees with dignity and respect. The night shift supervisors are great and genuinely care about their employees

Cons

Management doesn't seem to care about the employees. Seems like they are only interested in protecting their own self interests.
