Manager driven and “retired” president has too much power. Very poor people Management. Stop filling your own pockets with money. And focus to improve the management. Treat employee as human being. Don’t be a narcissist. Please leave the management and retire. Bad politics at management level

Nepotism is extremely strong in this company if your not apart of a higher ups family your not going to go anywhere and there was a lot of relatives working together when I was there. Mandatory overtime working Saturdays. Management on the packing floor was a joke. Work load was based on favorites. Was always under staffed. Had to quit smoking to get the job, but when I started working there everyone smoked so it was extremely tough to stay away from smoking and if you got caught by anyone in the office you would get in trouble.
