Pros

The CEO is focused on the growth and development of young people. He is clear in his direction and what he wants, he delivers on the needs of his people and he constantly strives for improvement. The company as a whole is also very focused on young people growth and development. The senior-level staff is not only expected to lead the company, but lead the growth of their people. It's a place with constant opportunity to move up, based on nothing other than the company's core values. Expertise, Collaboration, Entrepreneurial spirit. You are judged on nothing else. It's a non-political environment which opens any with open arms, but you're judged on merit and merit alone. There's a lot of people who have come into roundtable6 who want to collect a paycheck and leave. They don't last. Those who embrace an open environment, with strong individuals who want to do nothing else but solve client needs, succeed, lead and embrace opportunities thrive. It's not a place for those who want to slack off. It's one for growth-minded individuals who want to grow with a solid foundation of leaders to learn from.

Cons

Not cons depending on the mindset, some may see these as a positive. The hours can be long, but not as long as many other agencies. It will force you to think different and get out of your comfort zone, which will be embraced by some. Some may not like the merit-based structure, but others will fully embrace it.

Pros

- Part of a team that actually works together and respects each other - CEO is a wonderful man who shows his staff, regardless of how long you've been apart of the company, that he genuinely cares about your career growth as well as mental health - Variety in client projects - Leadership encourages their staff to speak up when wanting to learn new skills or work with a new client.

Cons

- Organization with files and project management. Although it is improving, there are still quite a few blocks in the way - Everything is stored on a server that takes quite a while to upload and pull files from.

Pros

- Good people. Most have big agency backgrounds but have acclimated to a small agency well. - Great leadership. Steve is not only a genuinely good person, but he has a great vision for the company and is transparent with employees. - Opportunities. You can shape your role to what you want it to be and can get involved in projects to continue learning. - A model that’s truly different from the other agencies in Detroit. It’s smarter and appreciated by employees and clients alike. - A diverse client roster. It’s not 90% automotive and 10% afterthought like so many Detroit agencies. - Growth. The agency continues to win new business and expand. It feels more secure than most agency jobs.

Cons

- It’s small, so the cushy holding company benefits aren’t in place.
