      Pros

      If you have the potential to perform, this is the place to be. High energy company and you get direct visibility to Senior management. They keep building new products, which was a great learning experience for me as a tech lead. I left the company for my own personal reasons, would love to come back here and be a part of this fintech innovator.

Senior employees in the organization have very good knowledge about what they do and always ready to transfer the same to you if you are hungry 5. Work with passion 6. Flexible timing 7. Parties are like parties 8. Some senior developers are always helpful with the technical solution to any problem 9. Best part is you learn to take ownership 10. Good salary structure 11. CEO is always pushing for growth and so does the team
