- You can have flexible working hour as long finish the task in timely manner. - You can play console there during lunch break - Work life balance, except sometimes need support - Startup company, so you can growth with them
Cons
- Small or can no improvement since MCO begin - hardly sustain against MCO impact - Boss cannot give good direction, may be due to covid-19, economy is bad that cannot get project in - no increment since no profit - Benifits being cut off after MCO
