      Ok benefits, above average 401k...for now

      Private equity ownership means no long term planning. New Rockford management is simply scary. Professional intimidators. They want to get their money no matter the wreckage they leave behind. Prepare for aggressive intimidation should you make the mistake to come here. Many layoffs. Bonuses cut. Please look elsewhere.

      Management of assets. I have seen multiple talented people leave on their own accord because they were mislead, not promoted when earned and not given opportunity to grow.
