      1. Work pressure is normal 2. Never ask for over time without any reason 3. Sat and sun are off 4. Project managers are good 5. Owner is nice person 6. Over all environment is good.

      Cons

      1. Salary don't come on promised date 2. No facility is given to night shift people other then food allowance
