      Great but no where is perfect.

      Pros

      Very easy to move up in the company if you try hard enough and you rub enough shoulders. Really great hybrid work structure.

      Cons

      Alot of rubbing shoulders and corporate hiarachy. Company has changed alot since I have first joined.
