      Small company, everyone have a voice, big focus on your personal career development, and many opportunities to get training and learn more.

      Cons

      Small company, some proceeds are not structured and you need to juggle things around to get things done that are not part of the routine.

      Technically very good and very customer friendly Still a start-up mentality with many good approaches (and correspondingly much disorganization) Some great colleagues there

      Cons

      Hardly any standardization or reuse of resources (work material), so the wheel is often reinvented onBoarding leaves a lot to be desired (e.g. so-called mentor only existed on paper) High staff turnover hire-and-fire mentality
