The company's golden era is over.

Pros

The employees left who truly take pride in the company's creative output continue to push forward with the best of a bad situation. Their tenacity proves to be one of the key elements of the company's future.

Cons

New leadership's lack of vision, creativity and disturbingly, in some instances, knowledge of the industry has made for a lifeless corporate environment –– transforming a company of innovation into a pathetic shell of its former glory.

Pros

The culture of the company in the beginning was great but as company grew this changed dramatically Nice location of office Salary is ok. Not the worst but not the best Work is not that demanding or stressful/difficult

Cons

Executives try and feed junior employees weekly BS on how great the company is doing when the company is really in turmoil (i.e. 15% of staff have either quit or been laid off since 2014) Executives do not trust to tell employees the real plans for the future or just how bad the situation is VERY high staff turnover rate work very unrewarding unless you are high up in the ranks Mood since 2014 has been miserable and very uncomfortable Highly political

Pros

Great health insurance coverage with very low monthly premiums. Nice office space and location. Some people (non-management) are very smart. Flexible work hours.

Cons

The recent hires (including at executive level) are unbelievably disappointing, they just do not belong in this industry. They don't understand social and their experiences (which they are very proud of) are completely irrelevant. They are overrated and not capable of earning new businesses. The entire sales team are terrible and is only good for pushing papers. It doesn't make sense to ask people who do not embrace social media to sell "cutting-edge" campaigns in the space. The sales team do not even make the efforts to learn the business or the industry and rely heavily on other teams to cover their ignorance. The company has 401K but does not provide company match. Company is downsizing rapidly (from 150 employees at peak to less than 40 employees within 18 months). Company is going downhill and turnover rate is extremely high.
