Poor Leadership, No Growth, and Zero Stability
Pros
Some freshers in the team are genuinely hardworking and eager to learn. Opportunity to work independently on full backend projects (if you're looking to gain experience fast under pressure).
Cons
No proper onboarding or technical support; even experienced developers are left to handle critical backend projects solo. No employee benefits—no PF, ESI, or health insurance. Salaries are routinely delayed and there’s no guarantee of full payment. Employees are forced to use personal laptops as the company doesn’t provide basic infrastructure. Zero recognition for hard work; feedback is often vague and demoralizing ("not up to the mark") without constructive direction. Leadership lacks understanding of how to run a tech company. Favoritism is rampant, often benefiting individuals with minimal or irrelevant contributions. No empathy during emergencies—natural disasters or personal crises don’t qualify for leave. Toxic work culture with no career growth, mentorship, or stability.
