      Pros

      This place will always motivates you to switch but you will never get time to learn. Zero pros.

      Cons

      No proper management of electricity, water & Internet. Unhygienic place. Zero cleaniness. Poor salary. You have to die to get 1k hike. (Your performance will always be poor). Work like labour.

      Pros

      No pros. They will only abuse you and will put too much pressure to deliver without giving proper training.

      Cons

      Environment is very bad. They will first say that they will increase salary in each 3 months with starting salary of 8k/month for freshers but will not increase.

      Learn from your mistakes. Independent work culture. You will be given enough exposure to work on things. Give you the responsibility of work very soon.

      Bad Management. They expect us not to have a social life and give everything of yours for the company.
