It's a failing company. Over the course of a year three employees (from the associate level all the way to managing partner) quit and one was fired. Upper management and C-level had continuous spats and this confusion of general direction often resulted in interns and associates having to redo work for one manager before having to redo it a second or third time for a different employee. This sometimes resulted in management taking their frustration on the project's lack of direction on interns and associates.
Pay was much lower than standard market-rate.
