Nice team, flexible hours and locations, pay too low, organization not good
Pros
Everyone is really nice and easy to work with. Everyone helps each other, no fights between employees or anything like that. You can work from home 100% and can get hardware from the company. If you need to go to the doctor or something like that you can just tell your boss that you will be away for an hour and it's always okay.
Cons
One thing hat's really frustrating is the pay, it's very low in my opinion and needs to be adjusted! The organization and project management could also be better, as it's sometimes a little too spontaneous and chaotic. Good employees often leave because they are not content with the pay and the way of working. Bosses sometimes undermine employees, even if not intentional. They should listen to their employees more.
