I have been with upGrowth for a year and a half now and find that it's a great place to work - there's plenty of room to learn things outside of your core skills and the management ensures things run smoothly - no toxic work environment here! Plus, there are the benefits of being a small organisation - with no silos, communicating with the rest of the team and the client becomes easier, and things don't get lost in translation, as is the case with larger organisations! Also - the focus is on quality as opposed to quantity.

upGrowth Helped me to learn everything from scratch, I didn't have any experience when I joined. I only completed a course, but the leadership of the upGrowth team welcomed me and trained me. The company culture is supportive and encouraging. Its a place where leaders are made. We have full autonomy on our projects and we are encouraged to take risks and asked to experiment and not fear any mistakes as they are a part of the journey. I am also encouraged to take up initiatives and learn more. Learning is the core part of the journey and we get the motivation to learn and upSkill from the leadership we have here. amazing place to learn and grow. We are also allocated work according to our capacity and I have never felt that I overworked myself and was not able to give my 100% efficiency. the workload is manageable and love he place
