Pros
Excellent work environment. The offices are nicely lit, clean and organized. Compensation is great, if you put in the effort, it does not go unrecognized or unrewarded. All the higherups have an open-door policy and are willing to teach and answer any questions you may have. You do take on various responsibilities, but the owners support you with what you need and check in on your progress, which helps a lot. As someone who has previously worked in toxic work environments, this place is, happily, the complete opposite.
Cons
Shift starts early, I’m personally an early bird, but just in case that doesn’t work for others.
