Pros

Co workers were great and the managers are approachable and willing to help regardless of what rank which the environment fun. Pay is always given in advance at least 2-3 days before the actual pay date.

Cons

Pay discrepancies. I always see deductions on my pay that never made sense and if you have lates or absences, they will deduct more than what was stipulated in your contract. Sublitted disputes were useless since the management themselves never took action.
