- They have no way to properly evaluate the performance of their employees, and this includes both individual contributors and managerial levels. - With no clear way to evaluate performance, there is a culture of a lot of talking and showing off but no or minimum execution. - There are many mistakes with hiring, and with no proper actions taken in time, a culture of mediocrity has prevailed, and Mediocrity is allowed. - Some People can get rewarded because they just happened to be there with no tangible contribution. - Very High turnover rate. It's the case that whole teams have simply quit.

Not uncommon for them to make decisions and reverse them a few of months later. This recently caused them to hire people based on a decision they made, then laying them off 3 months later. Clearly, not stable at all. Effort and hardwork is not recognized or appreciated unless you’re very good at showing off and bootlicking. Overall one of the worst places I've ever worked at, if not the worst. Wouldn't recommend at all unless you're desperate for a job.
