1. Disappointing package(low salary & no lunch voucher) 2. Family business, meaning: the boss and (especially) his wife dictate all 3. Dishonesty on many details: promise a lot but unable to keep their words & always try to screw employees up while carefully not violate the law. The results? Almost no one leaves the company in good terms with them 4. Horrible projet management(the ones who give out instructions don’t seem to know what they’re doing in both commercial and R&D aspects)
