      Pros

      I’m currently part of the team at viso.ai, and genuinely enjoy the work, the people, and the environment we’ve built. Being a startup, the level of ownership and impact each person is able to have is awesome. I’ve had plenty of opportunities to directly contribute to the company’s growth. The leadership team at viso.ai stands out in the best way possible. They’re deeply engaged, transparent, and always open to ideas. They recognize and appreciate the contributions of every team member, and they actively work to develop a culture where people are encouraged to do their best work. At the same time, they maintain high expectations.

      Pros

      - The interview process at viso was quick and well organised. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, open, and clearly cared about what they do. - The people here are brilliant: smart, supportive, and easy to work with. The product is improving fast and the company is putting real effort into building it out. It’s growing quickly and there’s a real sense of progress. - The way the company is thinking about things like sales and marketing is becoming more focused and clear, which makes it a really good time to join.

      Cons

      - For a startup there seems to be a real separation of departments and responsibility - this might be due to it maturing quickly, but this may lead to silos further down the line

      -Very welcoming and friendly people, who are some of the most intelligent in the industry. -Direct access to cutting edge technology, a great learning space, -Tons of responsibility to help grow the business and yourself personally and professionally. -Excellent salary and earning potential.

      Cons

      -This isn't a 9-5 and be prepared for that, if you join a start-up - expect it. -No other cons, know what you're getting into. If you work hard and have ambition here you will only succeed.
