      Pros

      Great people to work with, I feel a lot of the positive energy from my coworkers and it feels like everyone gets along well with each other. I also like a bunch of the work perks such as the hybrid work model (work from home on Tuesdays and Thursdays) and Beer 'o Clock every Friday at 4pm (beer or soda drinks provided, great time to just casually chat with everyone and wind down the work week). Also, health+dental benefits (once employed for more than 6 months).

      Cons

      As a smaller startup, it doesn't have all the structures, policies, and administration that a larger company has. This can be a pro or con depending on what people are used to.

      Pros

      - Great work/life balance - Friendly environment with a close-knit staff - Chances to work with cutting-edge technology and be on the forefront of the VR Industry - No crunch time or forcing employees to work beyond what they are comfortable with - Great opportunities for junior developers to find growth in their career

      Cons

      Management is in the awkward stage of getting out of the start-up phase, so there are some growing pains with managing a team of developers that is increasing in size. But with this said, they are always very open to suggestions and ideas, and are always very respectful of everyone's opinions!

      Pros

      Startup energy mixed with video game development. Knowing you help build an excellent product that's world-renowned. Management is easily accessible and open to new ideas. Great place for self-starters. Hybrid work environment, you get two days at home and three in the office per week. Plus if you're not feeling well, you can take an extra remote day to not get everyone sick. Flexible start and end times.

      Cons

      While the building is neat and has a great vibe, you do have downtown parking to handle.
