I was bullied by manager, unsupported by CEO when I disclosed bullying to her. For a Domestic Violence charity bullying should have never been allowed.vulnerable Clients had also reported being bullied by staff. Loss of sense of care, from certain staff members to the clients, which was never taken seriously. Not ok for a DV charity
